These 2x2x18" medium duty edge protectors feature a .160" wall thickness and an L-shaped profile that distributes compression forces evenly across load contact points. That geometry is what separates them from thinner protectors — the added wall mass resists crush damage from strapping tension, stretch film pressure, and rack contact without adding significant bulk to the pallet footprint.
They are used across distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and fulfillment operations to stabilize palletized shipments, protect bundled product stacks, and reinforce boxed goods moving through freight networks. A secondary application is internal carton support: positioned along interior side walls, they resist collapse under stacking loads without requiring additional void fill.
