These 3 x 10 inch flush cut foam pouches are formed from 1/8" thick polyethylene foam and heat-sealed into a lightweight protective sleeve. The flush cut opening allows items to slide in cleanly without snagging, making insertion fast and consistent across high-volume packing lines.
The non-abrasive foam surface guards finished, polished, and coated parts against scratches and scuffs during storage and transit. Common applications include kitting and assembly operations in electronics manufacturing, automotive component packaging, jewelry and hardware fulfillment, and retail distribution where parts require individual surface protection before bulk shipment.
Each case contains 500 pouches. A pink anti-static version is also available for components sensitive to electrostatic charge. Cases ship via parcel carrier.
