8 x 5 x 2" Kraft Corrugated Mailers

These 8 x 5 x 2 inch kraft corrugated mailers are built from ECT-32-B single wall corrugated board and assemble via a one-piece fold-together construction that requires no tape, glue, or staples — reducing pack-out steps and consumable costs on the line.

The format suits compact, lightweight shipments common in e-commerce order fulfillment, subscription box operations, retail distribution, and media or accessory product dispatch. The interior cavity accommodates small hardgoods, bundled documents, and similarly dimensioned products that require crush protection without heavy packaging.

When folded, the mailer forms double wall panels on the front and sides, increasing rigidity without adding meaningful weight — each weighs approximately 0.18 lbs. Mailers ship and store flat, conserving shelf and floor space in high-volume stocking environments.
