Tape Logic® #800 Hot Melt Tape is a 2.2 mil clear polypropylene carton sealing tape with a hot melt adhesive formula engineered for quiet, low-noise unwind and extra elongation under tension. These properties set it apart from standard acrylic tapes when consistent sealing performance is needed at speed.
The hot melt adhesive bonds reliably to film surfaces and holds on over-stuffed or irregularly shaped cartons where standard tapes tend to fail. It is well matched to fulfillment centers, distribution warehouses, manufacturing lines, and any operation running high daily carton volume across variable box conditions.
The polypropylene film construction measures 2.2 mil and the roll delivers 55 yards of usable length. Application temperature range is 32°F to 104°F; service temperature range is 10°F to 120°F. Each roll is compatible with standard carton sealing tape dispensers and is sold as a single-roll unit.
